I understand the burden of these situations as well as the stress and anxiety they bring with them. It's possible to find clarity and peace.
My focus and passion are working through transitional events in life, stress management and burnout, people-pleasing, boundary setting, and cultural issues. Together we'll explore your inner self, discover your strengths, and create new understandings, strategies, and directions to give you the momentum to bring about lasting change to your calm, confidence, and purpose.
